I couldn’t help but worry for you after the events at the lodge, even with all your energy and spirit. I hope the Fog recognizes your courage and fortifies you. In case that is too much to hope for in this realm, take this small token. Maybe the nine lives will pass to you.

Do not worry about me. Death is impermanent here or so I've been told, and as you witnessed, I have some formidable skill after training for many years. I will be well.

death doesnt stick but sometimes people dont come back anyway. thats what happened to Obi-Wan.

[ It would be easier to ignore the request and focus her young mind on something to cheer her up, but the reminder of the peril she and other children have been is enough to stall that notion. It won't remove all his misgivings though. Those remain in his slow reply. ]

I am not sure I am the best teacher for someone as young as you, but if that is your decision, I can try. I make no promises about teaching you the same moves as my own yet, but at least, I can give you more moves for your own protection.

well i did have two people training me, but Obi-Wan's gone and Jiang Cheng doesn't talk to me anymore. i can show u what i can do and maybe u can help me figure out what to learn next.

I will do my best. Let's consider a meeting place after this month has passed. I did not suffer any changes last month, so I suspect this month's will be more brutal. I should not subject you to any residual effects from that.
